Cancellations/ Reschedules
We have a 48-hour cancellation policy to avoid a charge. Cancellations made 1 day prior to a scheduled appointment are subject to a 50% charge of the scheduled service. Cancellations made after 3pm the day prior to an appointment, same day cancellations and no shows are responsible for 100% charge. Deposits are non-refundable or non-transferable.

Color
A consultation and strand test are required for all new color clients. Same day services are not available for these services.

Payments
Cash, Zelle, Apple Pay and all major credit cards.

Late Policy
We respect our clients’ time; therefore, we can only allow a 10-minute grace period. Your appointment will be cancelled & the full price of the scheduled service will be charged regardless of the services rendered.
